10 American companies to explore IPO in London.
The companies will present themselves in a unique reverse roadshow type event at the London Stock Exchange venue in London. This will offer profitable US companies with a market cap of USD 100 M up to USD 250 M maximum exposure and the option to choose between several underwriters: twenty six first tier UK brokers and nominated advisers that have brought public in London more than 150 companies this year have already confirmed their participation to the event.
